Jivamukti Yoga is a dynamic, spiritually grounded practice integrating physical movement, meditation and philosophy. Rooted in ancient yogic traditions, it focuses on vinyasa-style flow, where breath guides the body through a series of postures designed to increase strength, flexibility and inner awareness.
What makes Jivamukti unique is its holistic approach. Ashtanga Yoga is where discipline meets flow. It’s a powerful, structured sequence of poses that you practice in the same order each time, building strength, flexibility and serious focus.
Think of it as yoga with rhythm: you move with your breath, build heat and tap into a moving meditation that challenges both body and mind. It’s energising, sweaty and deeply satisfying for those who love a little structure and a lot of transformation.

This isn’t your average fitness class. Reformer Pilates uses a machine (yep, that one with the springs and sliding carriage) to help you stretch, strengthen and sculpt your body from head to toe. It’s low-impact, high-reward, and seriously addictive.
Whether you’re a total newbie or a seasoned mover, Reformer Pilates meets you where you’re at. You’ll work your core, tone muscles you didn’t even know existed and walk out feeling longer, stronger and a whole lot more connected to your body. -
Hot Yoga is your classic yoga practice, just turned up a notch. We crank up the heat (think tropical holiday vibes), helping your muscles warm up faster, your body sweat out toxins and your mind drop into the moment.
It’s energising, detoxifying and a little bit addictive. Expect to stretch deeper, move more mindfully and leave feeling like you’ve hit reset from the inside out.

Yin Yoga is the ultimate slow-down. Think long, delicious stretches, soft lighting and the kind of stillness your body secretly craves. Instead of flowing fast, you’ll settle into postures for a few minutes at a time, giving your fascia (that deep connective tissue) some much-needed love.

Restorative Yoga is the ultimate unwind. It’s all about slowing down, getting comfy, and letting go, no stretching, no sweating, just pure relaxation.
With the help of props like bolsters, blankets and blocks, your body is fully supported in restful poses so you can gently reset your nervous system. It’s like a mini spa session for your soul, and yes... you might just drift off (we won’t judge).
