Kevin
A seasoned teacher with 1000 hours of Jivamukti training, Kevin has been teaching for 15 years and practising for 26 years. His classes blend spiritual depth, physical precision, and soulful presence.
Teresa
A senior Ashtanga teacher, Teresa brings structure, heart and clarity to the training. She has co-led this transformative course for 5 years, guiding students through the discipline and grace of the Ashtanga lineage.
Together, Kevin and Teresa create a powerful teaching team that honours tradition while embracing innovation.

This immersive program runs across 12 weekends in 2026, typically at the end of each month, avoiding UK bank holidays and key blackout dates (Feb 22 and Sept 17).
