    Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, our classes are tailored to meet your needs and help you progress at your own pace.

  • For Reformer Pilates, we recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for better stability and hygiene while working on the reformer machine. Feel free to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, but all other equipment you need will be provided at the studio.

  • We understand that life happens and plans can change! To help us manage our schedule and offer spaces to others, please take note of our cancellation policy for Reformer Pilates sessions:

    Cancellations with more than 12 hours’ notice: You’ll receive a full refund in the form of credit back to your class bundle, pass, or membership. If you paid by card, we’ll gift you a class credit so you can rebook at a time that suits you.

    Cancellations within 12 hours: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for late cancellations or missed sessions.

    All refunds are processed automatically through the Momence booking system. For any questions about your bookings or refunds, please contact The Loft directly.
