Terms & Conditions.
New Client Offer
Our new client welcome offer is available to those attending their first adult class at The Loft. This includes 20 days of unlimited classes, valid from the date of purchase and not extendable. Valid ID may be requested.
New clients should arrive early to complete a registration form or, to save time, pre-register via our website.
Class Passes
All class passes have a clear expiry date, shown on our Prices page.
Passes cannot be extended or paused, except in exceptional cases. Please email kevin@yogaloftmanchester.com with your request before the pass expires.
Extensions are granted at the discretion of the studio manager.
We recommend purchasing only one pass at a time.
Class passes are non-refundable once purchased and are linked to individual client accounts — they cannot be shared
Payments
Payments for classes are handled securely by The Loft and processed through our Momence booking system. We accept debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard only). Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.
Returns & Account Credit
Class pass or drop-in credits refunded to your account must be used within 12 months.
All refunds or returns are subject to approval by studio management.
Class Pass Extensions
Expired passes may be extended once for one month for a fee of £10, provided they are still within 6 months of expiration.
If you're unable to attend due to injury or illness, please email with supporting evidence. Requests will be reviewed case-by-case.
Monthly Unlimited Membership
This membership has a 6-month minimum term.
The first payment includes a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the current month, plus the first full month. After that, payments are taken on the 1st of each month.
After 6 months, your membership will renew monthly unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Members may freeze their membership for up to 2 calendar months per year with 30 days’ notice. Medical freezes require a doctor's note.
Annual Membership
Paid upfront and valid for 12 months.
Annual memberships cannot be frozen or extended unless in the case of medical issues (proof required).
Annual members may receive partner discounts – ask in-studio for more details.
Online Booking
You can book online between 7 days and 1 hour before a class.
A valid pass or payment is required to confirm your booking.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the class start time via the website.
Early cancellation (2+ hours): credit is returned to your account.
Late cancellation (<2 hours): no refund or credit.
Please check in at least 10 minutes before class starts. Late arrivals may lose their place to drop-ins and still be charged.
Clients who no-show 3 times (on a 1, 3, or unlimited pass) may have online booking access suspended for 1 month.
Refunds for online purchases can only be returned to the original payment method, not as account credit.
Workshops & Beginners Courses
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 14+ days in advance: full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days: no refund unless your spot is filled from the waitlist.
You may transfer your place to someone else — please email us in advance at kevin@yogaloftmanchester.com to update the registration.
We reserve the right to cancel events in exceptional circumstances or due to low enrolment. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions:
Missed sessions of a beginners course cannot be transferred or made up.
If you arrive late to a course or workshop, entry is not guaranteed.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable.
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
