General questions

  • Wear something comfy and easy to move in! You might work up a bit of a sweat, so breathable, flexible clothing is your best bet. And when it comes to your feet—bare feet or grippy socks are perfect for keeping you steady and supported.

For Reformer Pilates you will need a pair of grippy socks.

  • We’ve got yoga mats and props ready for you to use, so you can just show up and enjoy your practice. Please remember to wipe down any equipment after your session. If you’d rather bring your own mat, that’s fine too.

  • We’ve got storage space available in the changing area for your belongings. While we don’t have lockers, you’re welcome to bring small valuables like your wallet into the practice room.

Please remember we can’t be responsible for any items left unattended. Once class starts, there’s no access to the studio, so your things are safe while you’re enjoying your practice.

  • We are a cashless studio, so it’s card only. You can pay online through our booking system or at the studio through our payment machine.

Hot yoga questions

  • Hot yoga is practiced in a heated room, usually around 90-100°F (32-38°C), to help warm up your muscles and boost flexibility. The heat encourages deeper stretching and promotes sweating, which many believe aids in detoxifying the body. It’s a more intense practice, so get ready to work up a good sweat! But don’t worry, our room is kept at a comfortable, beneficial temperature to ensure you feel challenged, but never overwhelmed.

  • Staying hydrated is really important. Make sure to drink plenty of water before class and bring a water bottle to keep sipping throughout your practice. Wear lightweight, breathable clothing to stay comfortable, and consider bringing a couple of towels, one for your mat and one for yourself. To keep your flow steady and slip-free, we recommend using a non-slip mat or a mat towel.

  • Hot yoga can be a powerful practice, but it’s not for everyone. If you have medical conditions such as heart issues or heat sensitivity, or if you’re pregnant, it’s best to consult with your doctor before trying a hot yoga class. We always recommend listening to your body and taking breaks whenever you need to.

Beginners are absolutely welcome, just go at your own pace and stay hydrated. Always let the instructor know if you have any concerns. Your safety and comfort come first.

  • Our hot yoga classes are held in rooms heated to around 90-100°F (32-38°C), which is just the right temperature to help boost flexibility and encourage detoxification through sweating. We keep the heat at a level that feels challenging but comfortable and our instructors are there to guide you every step of the way.

Remember to listen to your body, take breaks when you need to and stay hydrated throughout your practice.

  • For Reformer Pilates, we recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely.
